Free-agent OT Trey Adams, TE Nate Becker, RBs Christian Wade and Antonio Williams, DT Brandin Bryant, DEs Bryan Cox Jr. and Mike Love, WRs Tanner Gentry, Jake Kumerow and Duke Williams, CB Dane Jackson, S Josh Thomas and QB Davis Webb signed Reserve/Future contracts with the Buffalo Bills on Tuesday, Jan. 26.
Footballguys view: Gentry was a favorite target of QB Josh Allen in college at the University of Wyoming. He's a try-hard slot receiver who has bounced around the league. Let's see if working with Allen again can help him stick on a roster. |

Baltimore Ravens TE Mark Andrews is one of the players the team will try to sign to a contract extension, according to general manager Eric DeCosta.
Footballguys view: That sounds about right. Andrews, a third-round pick out of Oklahoma in the 2018 NFL draft, is not only a favorite target of QB Lamar Jackson but he's one of the best tight ends in the game. Heading into a contract year in 2021, Andrews could get paid sooner rather than later in a move that would ultimately save the Ravens money so long as Andrews continues to play at a high level. |

Footballguys view: Weber and Williams are players to watch in super deep dynasty formats. Partly because of their skill but partly because the Packers running back room is going to look different in 2021. Both Aaron Jones and Jamaal Williams are set to be unrestricted free agents this offseason. |

Buffalo Bills QB Josh Allen completed 28 of his 48 passes for 287 yards, two touchdowns and an interception and rushed seven times for 88 yards in a 38-24 loss to the Kansas City Chiefs in the AFC Championship Game Sunday, Jan. 24. RB Devin Singletary was bottled up, rushing for 17 yards and six carries and gaining nine yards on two catches. WR Cole Beasley had seven grabs for 88 yards, WR Stefon Diggs had six receptions on 11 targets for 77 yards, and TE Dawson Knox caught six balls for 42 yards and a touchdown. WR Isaiah McKenzie caught a six-yard touchdown pass on his only reception, and RB T.J. Yeldon had seven touches for 56 total yards. Kansas City Chiefs QB Patrick Mahomes completed 29 of his 38 passes for 325 yards and three touchdowns in a 38-24 win over the Buffalo Bills in the AFC Championship Game Sunday, Jan. 24. WR Tyreek Hill had nine catches for 172 yards, and TE Travis Kelce had 13 receptions for 118 yards and two touchdowns. WR Mecole Hardman had two catches for four yards and a score to go along with a 50-yard run and a lost fumble on special teams. RB Darrel Williams rushed 13 times for 52 yards and a touchdown and added one catch for nine yards. Clyde Edwards-Helaire had six carries for seven yards and a score. Green Bay Packers QB Aaron Rodgers completed 33-of-48 passes for 346 yards, three touchdowns and one interception in the NFC Championship Game against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. RB Aaron Jones, who left the game early due to injury, left the team with 27 yards on six rushes. RB Jamaal Williams ran seven times for 23 yards and added four receptions for 22 yards. WR Marquez Valdes-Scantling led the way with a game-high 115 yards on four receptions and a score, while WR Davante Adams had nine grabs for 67 yards and a score on 15 targets. WR Allen Lazard checked in with three receptions for 62 yards, while TE Marcedes Lewis had three grabs for 28 yards. TE Robert Tonyan also checked in with four grabs, 22 yards and a score. CB Jaire Alexander led the way with two interceptions, while totaling three total tackles and three passes defensed.
Footballguys view: Rodgers had a lot of chances to take control of this game in the second half after his team fell behind 18 points, but the Packers offense wasn't good enough in the red zone and Matt LaFleur chose to kick a field goal instead of going for it on fourth and goal at the 8, down 8 with about two minutes left. Jones has probably played his last down as a Packer, and Williams is also a free agent. Valdes-Scantling had a big game after playing only one snap the NFC title game last year. Adams impact on the game was not as big as expected and if anything Rodgers overreliance on him in the red zone hurt the team. The Packers will go back to the drawing board after getting one game from the Super Bowl two years in a row. |

Tampa Bay Buccaneers QB Tom Brady completed 20-of-36 passes for 280 yards, three touchdowns and three interceptions in the NFC Championship Game against the Green Bay Packers on Sunday, Jan. 24. It will be his 10th Super Bowl appearance, and the Bucs are the first team to play the game in their home stadium. RB Leonard Fournette ran 12 times for 55 yards and a touchdown while adding five receptions for 19 yards, RB Ronald Jones rushed 10 times for 16 yards, WR Chris Godwin racked up five receptions for a team-best 110 yards on nine targets and WR Mike Evans added three receptions for 51 yards and a score on eight targets. WR Scott Miller also cashed in his three targets for two catches, 36 yards and a touchdown, while TE Rob Gronkowski was limited to one catch for 29 yards on his lone target. TE Cameron Brate picked up three grabs for 19 yards and a score, while WR Tyler Johnson rounded things out with one catch for 16 yards. LB Devin White led the way defensively with a staggering game-high 15 total tackles, including nine of the solo variety.
Footballguys view: Brady wasn't the reason the Bucs won, but he did have two good long passes to offset his three interceptions, which his defense did a great job of minimizing in the story of the outcome of the game. Leonard Fournette goes to the Super Bowl with Tom Brady after his 2017 Jaguars team was ousted by Brady. Godwin had great hands deep on his key play early, while Evans hands were more suspect, although the interception off of his hands in the red zone was more on Brady than him. Tampa Bay will be the first team to play the Super Bowl in their home stadium. |

Indianapolis Colts TE Mo Alie-Cox was one of five tight ends to average at least 2.0 yards per route on 150-plus routes during the 2020 season, joining Kansas City Chiefs TE Travis Kelce, Las Vegas Raiders TE Darren Waller, San Francisco 49ers TE George Kittle and Baltimore Ravens TE Mark Andrews.
Footballguys view: There's more there with Alie-Cox if the Colts ever gave him a larger role. For the 2020 season, the Colts used a TEBC featuring Jack Doyle, Trey Burton and Alie-Cox. Burton is set to be an unrestricted free agent, so perhaps Alie-Cox will play more snaps if Burton leaves the Colts. Doyle is signed through the 2022 season. Alie-Cox is a restricted free agent in 2021. |

Pittsburgh Steelers TE Vance McDonald announced his retirement Friday, Jan. 22. McDonald, 30, had 181 receptions for 2,036 yards and 15 touchdowns in his career.
Footballguys view: McDonald was a second-round pick out of Rice for the 49ers in the 2013 NFL draft. He had an athletic profile but injuries and inconsistencies kept him from truly playing up to his potential as a pro. The Steelers save around $5 million in cap space with McDonald hanging up his cleats. |

S Will Redmond (knee) practiced in full.
Footballguys view: Keep an eye on Dillon and Williams in the backfield as the week of practice continues. Both are key players behind starter Aaron Jones and can bring some power to the field as runners, plus Williams can work effectively as a receiving back. |

New Orleans Saints tight ends coach Dan Campbell was hired by the Detroit Lions as head coach Wednesday, Jan. 20.
Footballguys view: It's finally officially official. This move was anticipated for quite some time, and now it's coming to fruition. Campbell was the right-hand man for Sean Payton with the Saints over the last five years. We'll see what direction he takes the team in and if that includes QB Matthew Stafford in 2021. Campbell is known as a players coach and was the top target for the Lions. They just had to wait for the Saints to be eliminated from the playoffs to make this hire official. |

Kansas City Chiefs QB Patrick Mahomes (concussion) went 21-for-30 for 255 yards and one touchdown against the Cleveland Browns in the Divisional Round playoff game before leaving with a concussion. He also rushed for 14 yards and one touchdown on three carries. QB Chad Henne went 6-for-8 for 66 yards, zero touchdowns and one interception in relief. RB Darrel Williams rushed for 78 yards on 13 carries. WR Tyreek Hill caught eight passes for 110 yards on 10 targets, TE Travis Kelce caught eight passes for 109 yards and one touchdown on 11 targets and WR Mecole Hardman caught four passes for 58 yards on four targets.
Footballguys view: The Chiefs had to win this game to advance without superstar QB Patrick Mahomes to finish the game as he was concussed. Some bold plays by veteran backup QB Chad Henne helped the Chiefs get the win. They iced the game with a fourth-down pass play to WR Tyreek Hill. The Chiefs will see if Mahomes can get through the concussion protocol next week as they prepare to face the Bills at home in the AFC Championship Game. |

WR Rashard Higgins caught five passes for 88 yards on seven targets, TE David Njoku caught four passes for 59 yards on five targets and WR Jarvis Landry caught seven passes for 20 yards and one touchdown on 10 targets.
Footballguys view: It was a valiant effort by the Browns. They had a chance to win it at the end but the Chiefs would not give them the ball back with time dwindling. Cleveland made great strides this season under first-year head coach Kevin Stefanski.
