Now, Polk gets to rehab with his new team with a fresh start in 2026. The Saints have been looking for wide receiver help for some time, as evidenced by this trade and the move to get Devaughn Vele from the Broncos earlier this summer.

Chiefs | Xavier Worthy won't play in Week 2's game Sat Sep 13, 12:12 PM

Kansas City Chiefs WR Xavier Worthy (shoulder) has been ruled out for Week 2's game versus the Philadelphia Eagles.

Footballguys view: Worthy is out this week against the Eagles, but he could be back soon. In Week 1 when Travis Kelce took him out, it was feared to be a serious injury. Those concerns have been squashed by recent reports which suggest Worthy could return later this month.

Eagles | Multiple teams had interest in A.J. Brown Sat Sep 13, 11:56 AM

Several unidentified NFL clubs expressed interest in trading for Philadelphia Eagles WR A.J. Brown during the offseason but general manager Howie Roseman told teams that Brown was not available, according to The Athletic's Dianna Russini.

Footballguys view: It makes sense given the talent that Brown has. Roseman is one of the best in the league, and boy does he love to trade, but moving on from Brown at this time makes little sense. Not using him enough (like in Week 1) doesn't make sense either, so Fantasy GMs are hopeful Brown will do more than the one target, one reception for eight yards stat line he had in the opener.

Commanders | Jayden Daniels undergoes MRI exam Sat Sep 13, 11:26 AM

Washington Commanders QB Jayden Daniels (knee) underwent an MRI exam on his knee Friday, Sept. 12. According to 106.7 The Fan's Grant Paulsen, he was limping noticeably at the end of Week 2's game versus the Green Bay Packers. Results of the exam are not yet known.

Footballguys view: Daniels completed 24-of-42 passes for 200 yards with two touchdowns in the Commanders' 27-18, Week 2 loss to the Packers. On the ground, Daniels only had 17 yards rushing. We'll see if the results reveal any further concerns here. It's not the news you wanted after two contests, and we hope it's much ado about nothing. Stay tuned.

Eagles | Dallas Goedert won't play in Week 2 Sat Sep 13, 11:06 AM

Philadelphia Eagles TE Dallas Goedert (knee) has been ruled out for Week 2's game versus the Kansas City Chiefs.

Footballguys view: No surprise here. Goedert didn't practice all week and is not going to play in the Super Bowl rematch against the Chiefs. Grant Calcaterra and Kylen Granson will split up the tight end duties. Without Goedert on the field, WRs AJ Brown and Devonta Smith should get more looks.

Cleveland Browns RB Quinshon Judkins (non-injury) is expected to make his NFL debut in Week 2's game versus the Baltimore Ravens, according to multiple sources.

Footballguys view: Fellow rookie RB Dylan Sampson is still going to have at least a 'what the heck' flex worthy role as a receiver out of the backfield. We'll see if the Browns ease Judkins, a powerful runner who gets stronger as the game goes on, into action in his debut. We're taking a wait-and-see approach with Judkins this week against the Ravens.
